Booking and payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Add-ons and pass-through costs (venue fees, catering at cost) are quoted in writing and approved by you before they're booked.

Cancellation and refunds

• 30 or more days before the party: deposit is forfeited; any balance already paid is refunded in full.
• 8 to 29 days before: deposit is forfeited; 50% of any balance paid is refunded.
• 7 days or fewer: no refund. Vendors and rentals are already committed.
• Rescheduling: one free date change with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Pass-through vendor costs may change.
• If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund including the deposit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

What we're responsible for

We're responsible for the planning, decor, coordination, and vendor management included in your package. We're not liable for venue restrictions, weather, guest conduct, or damage caused by guests. Any damage to rented items is billed at the rental company's replacement cost.

Privacy

We collect your name, contact details, and party details only to plan and deliver your event. We don't sell or share your information with anyone except the vendors working your party (caterer, DJ, photographer, venue) and our payment processor. Photos from your party are used for marketing only with your written permission. To see or delete the information we hold about you, email us.
